Frank W. Eaton, 68, of 2357 Linden avenue, died yesterday at his home. He was born in Postville, Iowa, and came to Long Beach in 1921. He was a member of Brotherly Love lodge in Postville, a charter member of Royal Arch Searchlight chapter, the Long Beach consistory, the Bettina chapter No. 399 OES, the Nazareth White Shrine No. 8 and the Long Beach Low 12 club.

Survivors are the widow, Muriel; two sons, Sidney G. George of Bellflower and Richard Wells of Long Beach, and one grandson. Masonic services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Dilday chapel.
