Services Held For Former Resident

Services were held Tuesday, December 29 in the Gross Mortuary Chapel, Hot Springs, Arkansas, for Mrs. Charles (Senda) Hammel who died Saturday, December 26. The Rev. John Stuart Bennett, associate pastor of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, officiated.

Mrs. Hammel was born March 26, 1917 in Postville. She was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Charles R. Hammel; a brother, Elmer Sander, Postville, a niece and a nephew.

Burial was in Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
