Blanch M. Freilinger, age 83, of New Albin, Iowa died Wednesday, November 6, 1985 in Thornton Manor Nursing Home in Lansing, Iowa. Funeral services were held Saturday, November 9 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, New Albin, Iowa with the Rev. Robert P. Rahe officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were John Reburn, Joe Reburn, Don Hitchens, Ray Whalen, Mike Houlihan, and Merlin Freilinger. Burke-Thornburg Funeral Home in Lansing, Iowa was in charge of arrangements.

Blanch was born August 3, 1902 in New Albin, Iowa to Thomas and Margaret (Waters) Reburn. She married William Freilinger. *A date was not given*

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leo Reburn and Edward Reburn. *Assuming that her husband is deceased but there was no mention of his death*.

She is survived by a daughter, Regina Zoll of Waterloo, Iowa; a step-son Merlin Freilinger of New Albin, Iowa; 6 grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. James L. (Margaret) Hitchens of Waverly, Iowa.
