Leonard J. Leithold of LaCrosse, Wisconsin died Sunday, December 15, 1986. Funeral services were held Wednesday December 18 at the Dickenson Funeral Home in LaCrosse at 1 p.m.

Leonard was born September 2, 1898 in rural Waukon, Iowa, a son of Henry and Amanda (Plank) Leithold. He attended school in Jefferson and Ludlow Townships. He is survived by his wife, Florence, whom he married in Rock Island, Illinois in December of 1958. Also a step-son, Ervin Guy of Minneapolis, Minnesota; two brothers, Harold Leikvold and Leslie Leikvold, and two sisters, Loretta Leithold and Dorothy Lawless, all of Waukon, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Vernie, and two brothers, Arthur Leikvold and Clarence Leikvold.
