Funeral services for Willard C. Kruger have been set for 1:30 p.m. Friday, October 4, 1985 at Zalmona Presbyterian Church. The Rev. James Jacobson will conduct the funeral services. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Frank Hager, Alfred Kruger, Glenn Spiegler, Ken Kruger, Dave Kruger, and Duane Atchison. Martin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Willard Kruger died Monday September 30, 1985 at his home. He was 67 years of age. He was born July 7, 1918 in Waukon, Iowa, a son of Henry and Emma (Helming) Kruger. He attended rural area schools. He lived and farmed in the Allamakee County area all his life. He and Agnes Fossum were married in Waukon, Iowa on February 26, 1939. She died April 19, 1983.

Kruger is survived by a daughter Mrs. Frank (Carol) Sivesind and a son, Roger Kruger, both of Waukon, Iowa; 7 grandchildren and a brother, Ben Kruger, also of Waukon, Iowa.
