Nellie Revoir died Saturday, March 26, 1988 at Northgate Manor at the age of 93. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 29 at St.Patrick's Catholic Church with Father Larry Duenas officiating at the 11 a.m. services. Burial was in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Wexford, Iowa. Hanson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Casket bearers were Harlan Martin, Perry Norton, Jim Hennessy, Ralph Hennessy, Mark Plein, and Tom Plein.

She was born February 8, 1895 in Lansing, Iowa to John and Margaret (Mahoney) Manning. On June 26, 1923 she married Edward Revoir at I.C. Church, Wexford. She was a member of St.Patrick's Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a son Francis Revoir; 2 daughters, Marguerite Plein and Catherine Hennessy; a grandson and a great-grandson; 2 brothers, Thomas Manning, and Cornelious"Neal" Manning; and 2 sisters, Mrs. Henry Burke and Elizabeth M. Gavin.

Surviving are a daughter, Mary, Mrs. Lester Delaney; 20 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
