Patrick James Ward, six week old son of Greg and Keelie (Fowler) Ward of Wheaton, Illinois, died Saturday morning, April 29,1989 at Loyola Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. *the clipping does not list the date of birth* Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 3, 1989 at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church in Waukon, Iowa. Visitation was Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Hanson Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Burial was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Surviving are his parents, a brother Tony, age eight, a sister Stephanie, age three, his grandparents, Jim and Elaine Ward, Jack Fowler of Humboldt, Iowa and Jeri Fowler of Fort Dodge, Iowa and his great-grandparents, Wayne and Doris Hutchinson of Fort Dodge,Iowa.
