Kenneth Francis Spiegler was born June 6, 1932 in Waukon, Iowa to Frank and Evelyn (Bresnahan) Spiegler. He was a member of St.Patrick's Catholic Church and was employed by Interstate Producers Livestock Association.

Kenneth died Sunday, July 21, 1996 at his home in Waukon. He was 64 years of age. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 24 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. The Right Rev. Monsignor Ed Lechtenberg officiated and burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Arrangements were by Hanson Funeral Home. Casket bearers were Mervin Rolfs, Kevin, Jeff, and Brad O'Hare, Dale Spiegler, and Bernard Bresnahan.

Surviving are his mother; and three sisters, Phyllis Rolfs of Red Wing, MN, Karen O'Hare of Waukon, and Janet Evans of Brainerd, MN. He was preceded in death by his father and an infant sister.
