Joseph Cyril Guider, 77, of Wexford, died Monday, April 29, 1995 in Waukon.
He was born March 18, 1918 at Wexford to parents Michael and Catherine (Thornton) Guider. He graduated from high school. He spent his entire life in the Wexford area where he farmed.
He is survived by one sister, Mildred Kelleher of Lansing and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.
Services were held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lansing, with Fr. Louis Trzil officiating. Burial was in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Wexford.
Pallbearers were Bob Link, Paul Link, Steve Guider, Pat Kern, Ray Mullarkey and Ray Garin. Honorary pallbearers were Carl Mullarkey, Les Steiber, Paul Gavin, Vince Mullarkey, Cyril Hawes and George Delaney.
Burke-Thornburg Funeral Home, Lansing was in charge of arrangements.
