Rita Schmidt,74, of St. Paul, MN, died suddenly Sunday May 21, 1995 at her home.
She was born in Lansing to Peter and Susa (Hentges) Verdon January 13, 1921. She grew up in Lansing and moved to Minnesota to continue her education.
Rita married Kenneth Robert Schmidt January 22, 1955 in St. Paul. She was an employee of the Great Northern Railroad.
Survivors include her husband; a son Thomas Schmidt; two cousins, Millie Verdon and Grace Verdon of Lansing, and other relatives and friends.
