Rites Held For Maude H. Gass

Services were conducted Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Schutte Funeral Home for Maude Halverson Gass who passed away Tuesday, May 7, in Bend, Oregon at the age of 70. The Rev. Duane Schroeder of Mason City conducted the services. Burial was in Postville Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by a son, her parents, two brothers and three sisters and is survived by a daughter, Gloria Rueckheim, of Bend, Oregon, with whom she made her home. Mrs. Jessye Schroeder, Martin Halverson of Waukon and Alice Erickson of Cheyenne, Wyoming are surviving sisters and brother.

Relatives from Elgin, Clermont, West Union, Cresco and Cheyenne, Wyoming attended the services.
