LOWER- At his residence near Frankville, on Thursday, Feb. 24th, 1898, Christian Lower, in the 84th year of his age. Funeral Sunday.
Mr. Lower was one of the earliest settlers of Frankville township, and was well known to all the people of this section. For years he was secretary of the Winnesheik County Farmers' Insurance Company.
