Frank Robert O'Neill

Frank Robert O'Neill, 27, of Waukon, died February 6 at Veterans Memorial Hospital, Waukon.

Funeral services were held Thursday, February 9, 1989 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Father Donald Plamondon officiated. Interment was in Oakland Cemetery, Waukon. Martin's Funeral Home, Waukon was in charge of arrangements.

Frank Robert O'Neill, son of Robert O'Neill and Irene Gander O'Neill was born October 2, 1961 at Waukon. He was an area lifetime resident. He did concrete work for Brennen Construction in Lansing.

He graduated from Waukon high School in 1980. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Waukon.

August 1, 1981 he married Cindy L. Palas at St. John's Lutheran Church. They were the parents of 2 children.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy, 2 children, Tyler Joseph, 4 yrs. old and Tiffany Sue, 1 yr.; his parents; two brothers, Patrick of Durango, CO and Daniel of Denver, CO; and 3 sisters, Mrs. Les (Faye) Nevermann of Waukon, Mrs. Dean (Peggy) Ferguson of Elkader and Mrs. Craig (Janelle) Wiemerslage of Lansing.

Pallbearers were Dean Schlitter, Stuart Jacobs, Bruce Anderson, Brian Rodman, Steve Stortz, Joe Colsch, Jeremy Troendle and Adam Nevermann.
