Lora L. Nuehring

Funeral services for Lora L. Nuehring, 75, were held at Luther Memorial Church, Madison, WI, Wednesday, January 28. The Rev. J. Stephen Bremer officiated. Burial was in Sunset Memory Gardens.

She was born October 6, 1911 in Postville, IA and died Saturday, January 24, 1987. She married Elery D. H. Nuehring on February 9, 1933 in Postville. She had been a Madison resident for over 38 years. A graduate of Postville High School, she worked as a salesperson for F. W. Woolworth on The Square from 1960 until 1977. She had been a member of Luther Memorial Church since 1948. She was a member of the Corvair Club.

She is survived by her husband, Elery; two sons, Eugene, Madison and Ronald (Elane), Miami, FL; two brothers, Eli Eberling, and Walter Eberling; and a sister, Alice Eberling, all of Postville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lucy; and a brother, Elmer.
