Mrs. A. Drogset's Last Rites Sat.

Last rites were held at 2 Saturday at St.John Lutheran church for Mrs. Alex Drogset, who died suddenly Dec. 28. The pastor of St.John's officiated, and burial was at Oakland cemetery. Bakke and Hanson were in charge.

Pallbearers were Howard Ness, Rudolph Hesla, Myron Hesla, Donald Flage, Oliver Teslow, and Arthur H. Jacobson.

Rosella Charlotte Leikvold, daughter of Sever O. and Ragnild Hesla Leikvold, was born July 31, 1892 in Waterville and was married Nov. 23, 1920 at Norwegian Synod Church, West Paint Creek, to Alex Drogset. He remains, as does their daughter, Ruth Elizabeth, Mrs. William Powell. There are four grandchildren, William Alexander, Kimberly Ann, Wesley Randall, and Cynthis Leigh Powell. Two sisters also remain; Mrs. C.J. (Marie) Bakke, and Mrs. A.N. (Lena) Jacobson. One sister Mrs. C.H. (Inga) Ness preceded her.

Mrs. Drogset was a member of Hannah circle at St.John Lutheran Church, the Veterans of World War I Auxiliary, Past President Parley of American Legion Auxiliary, the Normandia Club, and the Waukon Golf and Country club.
