Rites Held For Mrs. Olaf Hanson 1879-1951

Funeral services were held at the Schutte Funeral Home here at 2:00 p.m. Saturday for Mrs. Olaf Hanson, 72, who passed away at her home July 19. Julia Olson Hanson, daughter of Julius and Elizabeth Olson, was born May 23, 1879 in Clayton County in Postville on July 19, 1951 at the age of 72 years. Mrs. Hanson was united in marriage with Olaf Hanson on November 22, 1919 at Cedar Rapids. She is survived by her husband Olaf of Postville, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Huey of West Union. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Louise, and two brothers, Ole and Martin.
