Mrs. Clara Rose
Graveside service for Mrs. Clara Rose, 98, formerly of Oshkosh, Will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery with the Rev. Thomas V. Asuma, pastor at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, officiating. Mrs. Rose died Saturday at a Galesville nursing home.
She was born in Lansing, Iowa, on Oct. 14, 1878 and was married to August Gabbert, who preceded her in death in 1922, then was married to Paul Rose, who died in 1947.
Surviving are two sons. Clyde and Richard Gabbert, Oshkosh; one daughter, Mrs. Lois Reetz, Santa Ana Calif.; and two grandchildren.
