Leo Mark Tehel

Leo Mark Tehel, son of Frank and Marilyn (Heins) Tehel, was born January 22, 1958 at Postville, IA. He graduated from Postville High School and completed auto body classes at Calmar.

Leo did auto body work and worked at Swiss Valley until 1990. He also did painting.

Leo died Thursday, March 4, 1999 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital, LaCrosse, WI.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Tehel.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Marilyn and Elmer Radloff of Monona, IA; two brothers, Frank Tehel and wife, Beverly, of Virginia Beach, VA, and Reggie Tehel and wife, Janie, of Clive, IA; two sisters, Sherrie Tehel of Waukon, IA, and Sally and husband, Barney Bromelkamp, of Monona, IA; five nieces, Megan, Brooke and Kristen Tehel, Kelly and Kimberly Bromelkamp; three aunts, Dorothy and husband, Raymond Suckow, of Postville, IA, Ramona and husband, Clarence Everman, of Postville, IA, and Katherine Nelson of West Concord, MN; one uncle, Don Heins and wife, DeElta, of Luana, IA, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 9, 1999 at 11:00 a.m., St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Postville, IA. Rev. Robert Hupp officiated. Pallbearers were Jerry Brown, Joe Duwe, Ron Marovets, Pat Malanaphy, Hall Everman, Dan P. White and Craig Everman.
