MRS. EATON (Lillian M. Thomas) WATERS

Funeral services for Lillian M. Waters were held Friday, Dec. 20 at First Presbyterian Church, Waukon. The 2 p.m. services were officiated by Rev. Larry Olson. Burial was in the Postville cemetery. Martin Bros. funeral home was in charge of arrangements.

Lillian M. Waters, daughter of Frank and Anna (Fullerton) Thomas was born July 15, 1900 at Waukon. She died Dec. 17, 1985 at Veterans Memorial Hospital, Waukon.

She attended Waukon High School and was a teacher.

She married Eaton Waters Sept. 12, 1923. Lillian was a member of First Presbyterian Church where she was active in the Esther circle. She was also an active member of the Browning Club.

Preceding her in death were her husband in 1960 and a sister Lucille.

Surviving are a sister Mrs. Orella Samek of Waukon and a brother, Earl Thomas of Sandpoint, ID.

Pallbearers were Burr Cook, Forest Kelly, Edgar Brainard, Kenneth Brandt, John Campbell and Don Hammer.
