Verda Mae Appel Youngberg

Verda Youngberg was born September 17, 1923 in Postville, Iowa. She passed away on December 6, 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona. A memorial service was held on December 12, 2003 in Glendale, Arizona.

Verda Mae Appel Youngberg is survived by one daughter, Piper Thul and her son, Eugene; and one son, Gene Youngberg and his three children, JT, Michael, and Kristine; and a great-granddaughter Makala. She is also survived by two sisters, Vivian Buren and Maxine Suddendorf, and a brother-in-law Eugene Suddendorf, all of Postville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and Otto Appel, her husband Gene Youngberg, and a brother-in-law, Francis W. Buren.
