Funeral services for Mrs. Wilfred Smith, 51, who died June 14, 1952 in a Waukon hospital, were held Tueday at the Mt. Hope Presbyterian church, the Rev. A.J. Grossheim officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Smith, the former Myrtle Burroughs, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ephriam Burroughs, was born near Doirchester June 10, 1901. She married Wilfred Smith Dec. 22, 1920.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Kenneth and Roger of Waukon; one daughter, Mrs. Freeman Fink of New Albin; five sisters, Mrs. Thomas O'Hare, Mrs. Spencer Spores and Mrs. James Spores of Dorchester, Mrs. Vesta Reeder of Waukon, and Mrs. Howard Danils of Leavining, Calif.; and 15 grandchildren.
