Mrs. CYRIL (Rubie Belle Waters) Roggensack ALBECK 1904-1993

Rubie Belle Albeck

Rubie Belle Albeck was born Dec. 14, 1904 in Allamakee County, Iowa. She died Sunday, July 25, 1993 at St. Luke's Hospital, Davenport. She married Delbert Roggensack in 1924 in Winona, Minn. She later married Cyril Albeck in 1949 in Kahoka, Mo. He died in 1976.

She enjoyed crocheting and loved animals and gardening. She was a member of King's Daughters. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders.

Survivors include a daughter, Darlene Tilton, Bettendorf; a son, Thomas Roggenack, Lady Lake, Fla; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a sister, Florence Jeglum, Brandenton, Fla.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 28 at the Weerts Funeral Home, Davenport. Burial was in the Frankville Cemetery, Frankville, Iowa.
