Frank James Moore, 73, of 4758 Haskell Ave., Encino, died at his home, April 23. Moore was born in Waukon, Ia. He was a retired railway mechanic. Mr. Moore is survived by his widow, Kathrine; a daughter, Mrs. Maxine Kampff, of Duarte, Cal., and a son, George C. Moore, Delano, Minn.; five grandchildren and three sisters. Graveside services were conducted yesterday at 4 p.m. in Valhalla Memorial Park. The Rev. Lee Pryor officiated. Pierce Brothers Valley Mortuary was in charge.
