Miss Lena Mable King, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John King, died at Provo City, Utah, Sunday, May 20, 1900, the cause of her death being consumption. Miss King was 18 years old and has many friends who are saddened by her death. She was the granddaughter of Mrs. Reese Miller of this place. The funeral was conducted from the Corning Congregational Church, Friday morning by Rev. F. H. Mason and interment was made in Prairie Rose Cemetery. The parents are deeply grateful to all who assisted them in their trouble.
