Russell Harvey Perrin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harve Perrin was born November 19, 188 in Monroe, Iowa and passed away at his home in Villisca, Iowa, April 17, 1957 at the age of 68 years, 8 months, and 29 days.
At the age of 17, he moved with his parents to Prescott, where he worked with his father in carpenter’s work.
February 5, 1911, he was united in marriage to Mae Good of Carbon and to this union four children were born, R. Hollis, Corning, Dallas R. Brooks, Eldon D., Nodaway, and Maxine Sickels, Villisca.
In addition to his wife and four children, he is also survived by 14 living grandchildren, one sister, Maude Carman, Arlington, California, one brother, Bert, of Riverton, California.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one grand child.
Services were held Saturday, April 20, at 2 p.m. from the Roland Funeral Home in Corning with the Rev. Lewis Hunter in charge. Interment was in the Quincy Cemetery.
Music for the service was furnished by Cecil Weaver, accompanied by Mrs. Eva Elmore, pianist.
Pall bearers were Olin Kimball, Millard Sink, Gene Mullin, Clifford Clark, Loren Fuller, and Robert Sanders.
