Clyde Whitmer

Clyde, the two year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Whitmer of Villisca died Thursday of typhoid fever. The body was brought here Friday and interred in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. and Mrs. Whitmer were formerly residents of this vicinity, removing to Villisca last year. They were accompanied to Corning by Mrs. Whitmer's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas Stevens of Villisca and Mr. Whitmer's father, Samuel Whitmer, and Mr. and Mrs. Jule Sherwood and Misses Allie and Minnie and Chelca and Elza Whitmer of Prescott. The parents have the sympathy of friends in their affliction.
