Mrs. R. R. Wycolf of Lincoln township died Wednesday after a lingering illness and the funeral was held yesterday from the Potter Chapel at 11 o'clock conducted by her pastor, Rev.
W. H. Keysor, pastor of the United Brethren church. A more extended notice will appear later.

Mrs Lydia Wycoff died at her home, in Lincoln township, Wednesday morning, December 18, 1907. The deceased was 64 years, 9 months and 21 days old and the cause of her death was lung trouble. Miss Lydia A. Husted was born in Indiana on February 23 1939, and her childhood days wer spent in
Indiana. At the age of 15 years she came to Des Moines, county, Iowa. She was married to Richard R. Wycoff on March 23, 1858. To this union were born eleven children, four having preceded the mother in death. Those living Amosey of
Villisca; Dennit, of Lincoln township; Emerson, of Greenfield; Mrs. Sterns of Lucas County; Burket of Prescott and Nancy and Phronia at home. These were the husband and two sisters, Mrs. P. M. Lee, of Lincoln township, and Mrs. Eland of Des Moines county, mourn her departure. At the age of 18 years she was
converted and united with the Methodist church. In 1872 when she moved to Adams county, Iowa she united with the United Brethren church, of which she was an honored member at the time of her death.
The funeral services were held a Potter's Chapel Friday, December 20th at 11 o'clock, conducted by Rev. W. H.
Keyser, assisted by Rev. A. Y. Cupp and Rev. Mr. Telfer, and interment was made in Lincoln Center cemetery.
