Eldon Ire, the seven months old son of Mr. and Mrs. S. W. Carmichael, died last Tuesday afternoon of congestion caused from a bad cold. The funeral was held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock at the home on the old Cashman farm, south of town, Rev. Jay Kirkendall having charge of the services. Interment was made at Oak Hill Cemetery.
