Russell, Marjorie Hoskinson -
Marjorie (Hoskinson) Russell, age 91, passed away June 23, 2004, at the Alegent Health Mercy Hospital,
Corning, IA.
Services were held, 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 26, 2004, at the Coen-Beaty-Pearson Family Funeral
Service, Corning with Dr. William H. Bray, Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Burial was in the
Walnut Grove Cemetery, Corning.
Mrs. Russell was born, October 12, 1912 in Adams County, IA, to Elmer and Lena (Pedigo) Hoskinson.
She graduated from the Corning High School in 1930.
She married Clarence Russell, April 11, 1931 at the Methodist Parsonage, Corning. She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Adams Community Chamber of Commerce.
She is survived by two sons: Richard (Joan) Russell, Robertsville, MO and Jerry (Sharon) Russell, Prescott.
She is also survived by 6 grand children, 14 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Clarence; parents; four sisters, Ennice, Edna, Myrtle and
Maxine and a grandson, Paul.
Memorials were made to the House of History and/or in Marjorie's name.
