Finding my Father birth Mother

My Father was born in Polk county was given up for Adoption to Clarence and Mary E Hayes. Then I think Mary came to Adair county to live I think she may have remarried and then had the last name of Bye. Mary died in 1928 and the Judge gave my Father to a family named Wiggins and my Father had a sister named Frances and she went to live with the family named Musmaker.
