Cecil Claude Lester

I am looking for an obituary and cemetery/burial information on my grandfather Cecil Claude Lester. His date of birth 12 May 1899, death date 28 November 1920. The January 28, 1920 census shows he, my grandmother Mary Lester and my father Robert Lester were all residents of Greenfield Township in Warren County. I have a copy of the death certificate index for Warren County and I have his number and box listed there, but I have no clue how to get a copy of his death certificate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
