WILLIAM H. WALTON, 65, SUMMONED BY DEATH

William H. Walton, 65, resident of Lewiston, Idaho about 10 years, died at St. Joseph's hospital at 4:10 yesterday afternoon. He was employed in the shop of Sarchet Bros., car dealer at First and Main street, and had been employed at the Evergreen garage. He leaves his wife, Mrs Ruby [Diers] Walton, Adams block. The body is at the Brower-Winn funeral home. Burial arrangement are pending.

WILLIAM H. WALTON, AT REST IN NORMAL HILL CEMETERY

Funeral services for William H. Walton were conducted at 2 o'clock yesterday [Oct 6,1941] at the Brower-Wann chapel with the Rev. J.J. Ellington a officiant. Hymns were sing by Mrs. O.B.Calvin, accompanied by Marie Carson White, organist. Interment was in Normal Hill cemetery. Pallbearers were George Sarchet, Cliff Flanary, Marion Gruell, Woody Hayward, Earl Warner and Charles Petrie.

Note: His sister, Nellie Bly "WALTON" LONG is also buried in this cemetery. She had lived in Lewiston since 1900.
