Dennis Hogan, 54, of Creston, died of Cancer on March 22,2003 at Greater Community Hospital in Creston.
Dennis L.Hogan, son of Grace C. [Ross] and Maurice L.Hogan, was born April 25,1948 in Creston. He graduated from Prescoot High School in 1967 and attended Southwestern Community College in Creston for 2 years.

On June 28,1970, Dennis married Jayne Green in Prescott. They later divorced.
Dennis was employed as a steel bender at Cardinal IG. He served for a time as mayor of Prescott and was a member of the Prescott United Cghurch [Disciples of Christ] and the Prescott Commercial Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Norma Jean Tanner.
Dennis is survived by 2 daughters Heather LeAnn Hogan of Chicago, Ill. and Brooke Suzan Hogan of Fontanelle;a son Justin David Hogan of Kansas City, Mo.; and a brother Dean Allen Hogan and wife Linda of Lenox.
Services were held Tuesday March 25, 10:30 a.m. at United Church in Prescott, officiated by the Rev.Jeanne Groom.
Private interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery at a later date.
