Mrs. Bagnenstos was 1 of the pioneer residents of Madison Twp. She was very highly respected by her neighbors of that community. The loss of her only son seemed to enlarge her heart toward motherless children, so took theplace of motherto a number of young folks who now call her blessed.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Kent Chapel, Rev.E.W.F.Holler officiating. A quartet composed of Mrs.John Bickford, Mrs.John Armstrong, J.E.Talbott and W.C.Calderwood sang with Miss Manatt at the organ.

There is no death, the stars go down,
To rise upon some fairer shore.
And bright in Heaven's jeweled crown,
They shine forever more.
There is no death the leaves may fall
And flowers may fade and pass away.
They only wait through wintry hours
The coming of the May.
He leaves our hearts alldesolate
He plucks our fairest, sweetest flowers
Transplanted into bliss, they now
Adorn immortal bowers.
