Howard L. Hill, 86, of Stuart died of pneumonia Saturday at Hospice Kavanagh House in Des Moines. The body has been cremated and memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Earlham Cemetery.
Mr. Hill was born near Earlham and lived in Dexter many years before moving to the care center in Stuart a year ago He was a retired farmer with the Iowa State Research Farm in Ankeny and a member of Earlham Presbyterian Church.
Among survivors are his wife , Pearle of Dexter; and a sister, Gladys Ross of Dxter.
Memorial contributions may be made to Dexter Presbyterian Church.
