Funeral services for Drew Elliott, 71, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, May 2 at the Peterson-Olson Funeral Home with Rev. James Oakland officiating. Burial will be in Leal Cemetery later in the spring.

Mr. Elliott died Monday, April 28 (1975) in a Valley City Hospital.

Drew Elliott was born Jan. 24, 1904 in Greenfield, IA, the son of John and Blanche Elliott. He received his education and was raised to manhood there. He came with his parents to the Leal area in 1920. He was married to Elsie Law on Nov. 6, 1923 at Valley City. The couple have farmed since that time near Rogers.

He was a member of the Bethel Lutheran Church.

He leaves his wife; one son, Ora of Sanborn and three grandchildren.
