Mr. James Bush, one of the pioneer farmers, just over the line in Adair county, but well known in this county, died at the home of his son, in Pitzer, on Wednesday of last week. Mr. Bush was seventy-four years of age and died from an affection of the heart from which he has suffered for years.

This community was saddened by the death of Mr. James Bush on last Wednesday at the home of his son Fred near Pitzer. Cancer of the heart was the cause of his sudden death, although Mr. Bush had been afflicted for a number of years. The funeral services were held at Webster conducted by Rev. Jackson. The remains were laid peacefully to rest in the Roberts cemetery. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the entire community.
