Quietly Married Wednesday Evening.
Mrs. Leona Allen Became the Bride of Carlos B. Tipple. Both Have Large Acquaintance Locally.
Wednesday evening at the Congregational church, Mrs. Leona Allen and Mr. C B. Tipple were quietly united in marriage. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Robert Tipton in the presence of a few close relatives of the contracting parties.
The bride has made her home in tins community for many years and is a charming and talented young lady. In recent years she has taught rural schools with imminent success.
The groom for a number of years operated a farm in Buckeye Valley, but has for the past two years made his home in this city. He is a man well and favorably known to the community. Both Mr. and Mrs. Tipple have been prominent in the Rebekah lodge. They have the best wishes of friends.
