Vivan Purdy Takes Ruth Fry as Bride At Vinton Church
Benton County News.
Dysart, Oct 24 — Announcement was made today of the marriage of Miss Ruth Fry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Fry of Dysart, to Vivan Purdy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Purdy of Urbana. The ceremony took place Oct. 19 at the Church of Christ in Vinton with Rev S. R. Wall in charge Mr. and Mrs. Willard Gray of Vinton were the attendants. The bride wore a white satin wedding dress with a lace jacket. At present they are making their home with her parents.
