CELEBRATE GOLDEN WEDDING AT WATKINS

WATKINS, Feb. 7.-Mr. and Mrs. Mathias Maag of Watkins celebrated their golden wedding anniversary Friday. They were married in Crooksville, Ohio, which was Mrs. Maag's birthplace. Mr. Maag was born in Switzerland and came to America when seven years old. they lived on a farm southeast of Watkins until twelve years ago when they moved to Watkins. Both enjoy good health.

Mrs. Maag is a great lover of plantlife and has many varieties of flowers and shrubs. She and Mrs. Maag spend many happy hours in their flower gardens during the summer months.

They have five children and thirteen grandchildren. The children are Dave S. Maag of Norway, Callie Maag, Mrs. John Schmidt and Mrs. John Boddicker, all of Watkins, and Charles, who is visiting here at present.
