Taylor township
Last Wednesday evening occurred the marriage of George W. Gould and Miss Mary S. Fenicle at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Fenicle, of Taylor township, Rev. E. M. Jones of the Baptist church of Vinton officiating. There were present about 100 guests. The groom is a veteran of the Spanish-American war having served in Co. G, 49th Iowa, in Cuba. Both young people are well and favorably known in the county.
