Van Horne Girl Is Married Today.
Gertrude Kell and Frank Crelly United for Life On Tuesday Morning.
Frank Crelly and Gertrude Kelly were united in bonds of matrimony by Father Hogan at the Catholic church last Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock. The wedding march was played by Lillian Kelly, sister of the bride and the couple was attended by Roy Crelly, brother of the groom, and Loretta Kelly, sister of the bride.
The bride was attractively clad in in a green broadcloth suit with a hat of green and gold to match and the groom wore a blue serge suit. The bridesmaid wore a dress of blue broadcloth. The bride wore a corsage bouquet of white roses while the bridesmaid wore one of cream roses.
After the ceremony, a three course dinner was served to about 76 guests. The table was decorated in pink and white with a large bouquet of pink and white carnations in the center. The out of town guests were Blanche Ryan, cousin of the bride of Larchwood, and Lee Crelly of Stanwood, brother of the groom.
The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Crelly of Luzerne and the bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Kelly. The happy young couple will go to housekeeping on a farm near Luzerne. The congratulations and best wishes of a Host of friends go with them on their new journey in life.
