Mary A. Zalesky
We feel sad to chronicle the death of Mrs. Vencil Zalesky, who died at Cedar Rapids last week. She retired at Thursday as well as usual at about 10 o'clock, and at 1 p.m. was a corpse. Her remains were brought here on Saturday for interment in the Belle Plaine cemetery. The funeral took place Saturday afternoon. The husband, Vencil Zalesky, is a young man who was raised in this city and recently moved to Cedar Rapids with his family. Her loss is deeply felt and mourned by all who knew her. The husband has lost a kind and loving wife and mother, but she leaves to him an interesting boy about three years of age to perpetuate a fond and devoted recollection of wife and mother who have him birth. The sorrowing husband and child have the kindest sympathy of this entire community.
