Betsey Weatherby
Mrs. Weatherby, an old lady 76 years of age, living on north Willow street, died of dropsy Monday evening, just before 6 o'clock, April 4, 1886. She had been sick for several weeks and was subject to that distressing disease, the asthma. Her only relative in this city is her granddaughter, Miss Cynthia Weatherby, the only child of her son who lives in Linn county. Mrs. Weatherby has been blessed with only two cildren, one of whom, a daughter is dead. Her funeral took place yesterday.
