Arthur Steffenson Dies of Heart Attack on Mt. Auburn Farm
Arthur M. Steffenson

BENTON COUNTY NEWS (Special to Daily Times)

Mt. Auburn, April 19 -- This neighborhood was shocked today to learn of the sudden death last evening of Arthur Martin Steffenson, 51, who died at his farm two and a half miles southwest of here of a heart attack. {He had told his wife that he was going out to make sure the chickens were all right and when he failed to return after a reasonable length of time, Mrs. Steffenson became alarmed. She received no response to her calls and called neighbors across the road to aid in the search. He was found lying on the ground near the chicken house where he had evidently fallen when stricken by the attack.} The deceased had suffered from hardening of the arteries in the past years.
