NEWHALL MOTHER CALLED
Louise Schultz
Mrs. Louise Schultz, wife of Fred Schultz, died at their home in Newhall at 1:25 p.m. April 14, following a brief illness. She was born at Mecklenberg, Germany, Oct. 11, 1846. She came to the United States in 1870, coming direct to the vicinity of Newhall, and had lived there continuously since that time. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons: W.H. Schultz of Colorado Springs, Colo,: four daughters: Mrs Frank Schlotterback of Atkins, Mrs A.H. Jacobsen, Mrs Emma McGranahan, Mrs Charles Baumgartnew, all of Newhall, besides thirteen grandchildren.. Funeral services were held in the Lutheran church at Newhall at two p.m. Friday. The Rev. Mr. Steges officiated and burial was made in the Newhall cemetery.
