Mary Schadle

Mary, wife of Geo. L. Schadle, died at the family home, a few miles south of town, at 6:30 Monday morning. She had been in poor health for several months.

Mary Schadle, nee Strube, was born in Homer township, Benton county, Iowa, April 24, 1880, and died Aug. 19, 1913, age 33 years, 3 months and 26 days.

She was united in marriage with Mr. George Schadle on March 7, 1904. She was converted in Dysart, a number of years ago and united with the Evangelical church to the end.

It is about a year since she became will with Bright's disease which finally resulted in her death. In all her sufferings she was patient and hopeful and resigned to God's will. She is not dead, but living in the land of eternal rest.

Her father and one brother preceded her in death. She is survived by her deeply bereaved husband, aged mother and one sister and many friends to mourn her loss.

May God give them all a reunion in heaven.

The funeral will be held this afternoon at the Big Grove Evangelical church, conducted b y the pastor, Rev. J. R. Nolte. Interment will be made in the cemetery near the church.
