Blast From Shotgun Kills Boy
Ray Junior Pritchett
Ray Pritchett, Rural Vinton, Dies Instantly.
Funeral services for Ray Pritchett Jr. will be held Saturday at 2:00p.m. at the Taylor funeral home with Rev. Clifford Kissinger officiating. The body will be shipped to Steele,Mo. for burial.
Ray Pritchett Jr. was born May 15,1945 at Rives, Mo. a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Pritchett Sr. The family has been in the Vinton community about four years. The Pritchetts live on a farm about three miles west of Vinton. Ray was an eighth grader at the Lincoln jr. high school in Vinton.
Surviving besides his parents are three sisters Shirley, 17, Barabra, 13, Bonnie, 6, all living at home; the maternal grandmother Mrs. Lennie Shock of Rives, Mo. and the paternal grandmother Mrs. Pauline Pritchett of Caruthersville,Mo.
