Vinton - Rites were here Tuesday for Frank F. Noeller, 81; died Saturday night at his home near Mt. Auburn; ill several years; born May 8, 1868 to Mr. and Mrs. Richard Noeller, Chicago; came to the Vinton community as a boy; married Mtilda Linderman Nov. 18, 1896, near Vinton; she died July 6, 1949; leaves two sons, Ralph Noeller, Vinton, and Raymond at home; three bothers, K[uno]. K[onrad]. and Hugo Vinton, and Waldo, Marion, and two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Rosenberg, Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Frank Smith, Waterloo.

Funeral Services For Helen Noeller Held in Vinton
Helen Noeller - 1913-1988
Helen G. Noeller, age 74, died Saturday, February 20, 1988 at her daughter's home in New Albin, Iowa. She had lived with her daughter for about a year. Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 23 at 1:30 p.m. at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton, Iowa. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton, Iowa.
She was born March 9, 1913 on a farm near Vinton, Iowa to Merrell and Sarah (Haines) Mayhew. She had worked as a nurse's aid at the Virginia Gay Hospital in Vinton and received her LPN license in 1971. She retired in 1983.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Larry (Janet) Rice of New Albin, Iowa; a son Thomas Noeller of Kansas City, Missouri; 5 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Wayne Mayhew of Vinton, Iowa and Frank Mayhew of Hillsboro, Oregon; and 3 sisters, Mrs. George (Marian) Lapham of Vinton, Mrs. John (Ethel) Powers of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Iona McAndrews of Denver, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Glen Mayhew.
The obituary did not list the name of her husband.
