Mrs. Stella Lunger
Mrs. Stella Lunger, 65, died Friday afternoon at University hospital at Iowa City; born in Polk township, Benton county, May 22, 1880 to Mr. and Mrs. Sim Tharp. Oct. 2, 1897, she was married to John Lunger at Cedar Rapids; leaves husband, four daughters, Mrs. Winnie Worthen, Mrs. Helen Covington, and Mrs. Beulah Covington, of Vinton, and Mrs. Lawrence Burroughs, Dysart; three brothers, George Tharp, Center Point, and Frank and Walter Tharp, Vinton; a sister, Mrs. Anna Stark, Cedar Rapids; 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; funeral Monday.
